Post Propane Greenhouse/polytunnel heater for sale 'Hotbox'
I have a Hotbox for sale. I purchased it secondhand, but now realise that it is FAR too big for my polytunnel (14ft X 28 Foot). I have not connected it up and checked that it will run, so can not guarentee that it works, and it will need plumbing work and a gas regulator.

The brochure says it will give frost protection up to 1000 Sq ft. BUT it does use a lot of Propane gas. Minimum consumption (pilot light) is 1/50 KG per hour and maximum consumption is 1KG per hour. So this is only for the REALLY serious grower with high value crops to protect.

I have the Installation and operating instructions.

I also have an empty 19 Kg propane gas cylinder.

If anyone is interested please send my a private message.

To modulators,
Are we allowed to put private ads? If not I appologise profusely...grovel grovel and please delete this message.

Oh Vivvie, I wondered how you produced such a lot of hot air!

I think my 12'x8' might take off with that in it.

Hi Vivie

No, we're not supposed to put on ads but then I don't suppose the odd one will do any harm. If you intend to flog something off every day/week then I suppose KG might object. In the meantime, I'm not going to do anything so it should stay here at least until Monday.
