Re: Almost too embarrased to ask...
It's a pleasure Elaine Glad I'm not alone in this sphere. Somehow, as years scud by, I become more and more of a techno-phobe yet there was a time when I always wanted to know how it worked and took the trouble to aquaint myself with the know-how . These days I have chosen differently and its probably something to do with wanting to live in peace rather than with an over-active mind for a companion, although this approach can be darned frustrating on occasion. Yes idiot speak would be good!

Re: Almost too embarrased to ask...
Hi Naturediva. Unless someone shows me how to do things on the computer, I need step by step instructions to be in idiot-speak! I just don't seem to be able to take it in otherwise! We got this gadget in January, so I'm still a novice and worry if I faff around too much, I might end up hacking into the Whitehouse or something!! My son has been our main "tutor" but he is in the RAF and isn't always available, unless he's home on leave. Having said that, he remarked only recently that he hasn't had as many panicked calls for help as he anticipated, considering I'm such a technophobe. You should see me when I get an up-grade on my mobile...takes me ages to fathom it out! They are soooo complicated and seem to do everything but the washing up. Cheers friend!
