Ingredients :-
* 1 1/3 cup Caster Sugar
* 2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
* capful Vanilla Essence
* 1 1/3 cups Self Raising Flour
* 2 ½ ounzes Butter
* 2/3 cup Milk
* 4 eggs

Method:-

Sift Dry ingredients together THREE times. Beat eggs and then add sugar until thick and creamy. Add vanilla. Fold in the dry ingredients slowly, meanwhile have the milk and butter in a pot in the boil. When the dry ingredients are all folded in, and the milk and butter has frothed up, quickly pour in frothing milk mixture into cake mixture and mix well.
