I'm looking for a part-time or short residential course, not home study, which will help me improve my veg growing ability and give me the skills to create my own kitchen garden/potager. I live in Cumbria - does anybody know or heard of anything?

Welcome to the forum..unfortunately I can't meet your request but read through some of the old post on here & you could save some money. (Or some of the old KG mags if you can source them). Courses are good but you have to replicate the same growing conditions & there are so many variances in just a few miles in this wonderful country you are better off learning through the old trial & error system sometimes.
