I've always like the sound of pulled pork. I've not tried it US style and just thought it was moist well cooked piece of meat you shred up but those that have tried it said it was better than that...now I know it is smoked!
Will have to get the smoker out and try to figure out how it works as I accidently burnt the instructions by leaving it on top when alight (and put together upside down but there you go)
