Post Black Pepper ?
Hi all, has anyone tried to grow black pepper in the green house yet? will it go through the winter in an insulated unheated green house? our consumption seems huge.. :roll: laurie

Dear Laurie,
Piper nigrum comes from the tropics and may not like the conditions in an unheated greenhouse. Perhaps if you were to heat it to 30 degrees C and install a dozen growlamps you may be successful.... :)
