Post roasted new potatoes
Some time ago - over a year - there was a recipe on this forum for roasted new potatoes. It involved smashing them with a large knife at some stage and I'm sure garlic and herbs came into it as well. I've been looking for this and can't find it. Does anyone remember this method or knows how to cook potatoes like this?

i think it is just crush the pots roughly, put in a ring mould with softened onion or garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with olive oil before baking.

Thanks for replies.

Yes, Alan, it was Peter's one. I don't know why I couldn't find it. Thanks a lot.
