When looking at the users on line the names come up in green but then there are also some grey ones bing bot google ect , are these users if not what does it mean ......?? Sorry if its a daft question but Im just beening nosey Many thanks

Anything with bot in the name is a robot web crawler or search engine indexer. Basically building the search index for the query engine. Bing is Microsofts search engine, others are Google, Ask, etc.
