In the kitchen with Richard - With the home grown oil sorted, I was therefore able to pick up the gauntlet, that Lonnie had thrown down in the summer, for making an all home-grown vegan roast dinner though I do have to confess to having looked longingly at some of those store cupboard staples, Marmite, soy sauce and tabasco for example, as I made the nut roast. The result, however, turned out to be the most moist and enjoyable nut roast I’d ever made.
