Friday 4th May, and the first Friday of every month thereafter, is FREE RANGE FRIDAY, when the nation is being asked to get together to enjoy free-range eggs in all their guises. Yes, that includes cake - or anything else made with eggs for that matter, be it quiche, pasta, biscuits, omelettes, pancakes, or ice-cream - as long as the eggs are free-range!
