June evenings at York Gate herb garden

This is one of the loveliest times of year at York Gate garden, and the light evenings lend a special, atmospheric quality.

The garden will be open for three evenings during June: Wednesday 15th, Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 29th, 6.30pm – 9pm. Among other delights, visitors can enjoy the graceful formality of the famous Herb Garden, the sparkling White and Silver Garden, the luxuriant borders of Sybil’s Garden and mysterious Dell.
The garden will also be open every Thursday, Sunday and Bank Holiday afternoon, 2.00pm – 5.00pm, right through until the end of September. Entry is £4 for adult, children under 16 are free. For further information visit www.perennial.org.uk.
