Take part in a Great Garden Adventure this summer
By: Steve Ott
This summer holiday, RHS Garden Wisley plays host to the Great Garden Adventure (25 July – 31 August); a fantastic, fun day out for all the family. With great activities scheduled throughout the month, garden games and the Wild at Wisley play area, there’s plenty to explore and discover.
Activities vary from sowing helpful herbs to making an adventurer’s map, hat and flag to help you on the Wisley quest. As part of the adventure you can also join in with bird watching, den building, picnicking with bears, story telling and bug hunting* (activities vary daily, check the website for more details).
RHS Garden Wisley is the perfect summer destination to visit again and again as for the entire month of August children 16 or under get into the garden absolutely free. All children 16 or under are welcome but most events are tailored for children aged 3 to 8.
