Cordless convenience

The new battery-powered iFlex from Yard Force provides two-in-one lawncare thanks to its ability to switch from mowing to trimming at the touch of a button, providing the ultimate convenience for the owners of small lawns.

Yard Force is an expert in battery power, and the 12V 4.0AH lithium-ion battery that powers the iFlex will provide around 50 minutes of mowing and trimming time before it needs to be charged again.

The iFlex is a mulching mower that clips the grass thinly before returning it to the lawn, where it will work its magic, fertilising it naturally. Plus, the 23cm (9in) mower has three cutting-width options, so you can switch between them using the Push-n-Adjust button.

The quick-release handle allows you to remove the mower head and replace it with the 180° pivot grass trimmer head. This has a cutting angle adjustable to five positions, allowing you to trim the edges of lawns or against fences, walls or raised beds with ease. And once you’re finished mowing and trimming, the iFlex won’t take up much space in the shed or garage thanks to its compact design.

Shredding power

Like all products from Cobra, the QS2500 Quiet Shredder (RRP £229.99), which was awarded a Kitchen Garden Best Buy, is packed with innovative features to help you maintain your garden with minimum time and effort.

Powered by a 2500W motor, the QS2500 is ideal for garden waste up to 40mm (1¾in) in diameter. It has a plunger to allow waste material to be fed through easily, speeding up the shredding of heavier loads. The ergonomically positioned controls make operator use more comfortable, and as safe as possible. Its 50-litre collection box reduces the frequency of stops for emptying. Clean-up is minimal, and the resulting shreddings are ideal for use as a mulch.
