This heated propagator will fit neatly on to most windowsills and is a great way to get your seeds germinating that little bit earlier. The seeds trays give you plenty of capacity for a range of plants – we started off some tomatoes, courgettes and cucumbers. The latter came up within a couple of days. If you are away for a few days you can take the self-watering option by filling the reservoir and wetting the capillary mat – water will be drawn up into the trays automatically. The fine rose is most suitable for seedlings but you can take off the rose if you need to water more extensively at the base of plants.
