An insider in the horticultural industry has revealed to Kitchen Garden magazine that a previously unseen marrow plant is about to lay claim to Marvin’s crown as top fruit producer in the latest Kitchen garden veg growing challenge.

Little is known as yet about the new challenger since he has only just been spotted emerging through the compost, but our reporters are rushing to a secret location where they have been tipped off that the plant has been spotted.
