Strawberry season and the Queen’s Jubilee – here’s some fruity ideas to combine the two!

This year, strawberry season comes alongside the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, so we thought we’d draw together some recipes for you to try out – so you can impress your friends and family and make use of some of your home grown strawberries!

Whether you like your strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar, or maybe you prefer them smothered in cream, we’ve got some great, new ideas for you this season. From cakes perfect for your jubilee street party or cake stalls; to desserts and salads perfect for the upcoming summer season, there’s plenty for you to enjoy.

Fresh and perfect for a summer lunch or barbecue, this colourful strawberry, cucumber and feta salad looks great at the centre of the table.

Strawberry, Cucumber & Feta Salad

Maybe you’ve got a village jubilee fete coming up and you’ve agreed to bake something for the cake sale, well you could use up some of your strawberries, in these delicious strawberry and white chocolate muffins.
